Return Policies

Except for marked Sale items (regular price crossed off and sale price next to it), we can accept a return within 30 days of yarn and other products in like new condition (that includes not wound-off, and no significant odors introduced like pets or smoke). We still want to find those yummies a good home.

Returns are free within the USA and locations served by the US Postal service. Please contact us to request a return label.

Due to difficulty and costs we are no longer able to process International returns.

Of course, if we get something wrong, that’s on us! Please contact us to fix it at our expense.
