Final Post from Mr. Knits

RIP Philip David Mariconda (Mr. Knits) 1967-2026

“The Light of the Craft Industry is Dimmer without you.

Just before his final passing from a long illness this is our beloved Mr. Knit’s final goodbye.

In his legacy and honor I (Mr. Knits) have choosen to dust myself off and pick up the torch to reopen our yarn shop. We will be changing and re-branding but we are back online.

Thank you for the huge outpouring of patience and support during this difficult time.

In a first for Mrs. Knits Yarn Shop, we have shut down accepting new orders for now.

At first it was just a stomach flu or similar, which is physically draining. But now I also have upper right leg swelling so bad that I can barely walk. That double-whammy is a deal-breaker for making yarn shipments. I tried yesterday.

We’ll reopen as soon as we can, and I am in touch with those of you who placed orders already, in case you want to cancel. Thank you for your patience!
